Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the specific reason for your return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging; for food safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are at least 75% full.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send out your replacement blend within 5 business days.
